Internships with Communities In Schools of Greater Wichita Falls Area are unpaid and take place on school campuses for a full semester or an entire school year. Internship hours are typically between 7:30 AM and 4:00 PM, with limited opportunities available during evenings and weekends.

To be eligible, interns must be participating in a school-sponsored program and complete a criminal background check, application, interview, and volunteer training session before beginning their placement. Applications will be reviewed to determine placement eligibility.

Qualified applicants will be contacted by our Program Coordinator to schedule an interview. Following the interview process, selected candidates will receive additional information regarding required training and orientation sessions.
