Working directly inside schools, CIS connects students and families with relationships, resources, and support systems that help students achieve their goals in schools, succeed in the workforce, and thrive in life.

CIS’s whole-school approach ensures site coordinators identify schools’ and students’ strengths, determine their needs, and establish goals and supports. CIS site coordinators partner with parents, educators, community-based organizations, and school leadership and together, provide the network of support that motivates and encourages students to stay on a path to graduation and to achieve in life.
