We welcome a very broad range of payment types for dental care including Medicaid, most STAR Plans, CHIP, and most dental insurances. A sliding fee discount is available based on family size and income, regardless of insurance status. We welcome all ages, but especially welcome children in order to give them that extra boost in life that comes with good oral health.
Community Healthcare Center is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that has multiple medical providers who offer medical care in the fields of pediatrics, obstetrics, family medicine, and dentistry. Behavioral health services are offered in recognition of the connection between a healthy mind and body. The Center promotes oral health care through the services of full-time family dentists and their dental hygienists. Other Center services include radiology, a Class D Pharmacy, a laboratory, and an outreach educational arm providing health educational screenings and education.
AÂ sliding fee discount is available for all qualified clients with or without insurance. Our sliding fee discount is based on family size and income.
Proof of income must be provided to qualify for the sliding fee discount.
No one is denied services due to an inability to pay. Please ask our staff if you need assistance or have any questions.

Eligibility – To receive services through Helen Farabee Center’s ECI Program, your child must:
• Live in one of these 10 North Texas counties: Archer, Baylor, Clay, Foard, Hardeman, Jack, Montague, Wichita, Wilbarger, or Young County
• Have a medically diagnosed condition that will likely result in a developmental delay.
• Have a developmental delay or difficulty with these skills:
Communication – language or speech
Cognitive – thinking, learning, playing, reasoning
Motor – physical development
-Gross motor, such as using large muscles, to sit up, crawl, walk.
-Fine motor, such as using small muscles, to grab small objects.
-Oral motor, such as using the mouth, to suck, chew.
Social/emotional – bonding, attachment, interactions with others
Self-help – Taking care of own needs (eating, drinking, washing hands, potty-training)
• Have an auditory or visual impairment, determined by local school district personnel
We are a non-profit organization empowering children and families through education. EHS provides early, continuous, intensive, and comprehensive child development and family support services to low-income pregnant mothers, infants, and toddlers of Wichita County at no cost to families.

Services in the MSU Dental Hygiene Clinic are offered primarily in the interest of educating and training students. Among the services offered are cleaning of teeth, the exposure of dental X-ray films, fluoride applications, sealants, and plaque control instructions. All treatment is provided by students under the supervision of the Clinical Teaching Staff.

Patsy’s House Children’s Advocacy Center is a comprehensive, child-focused program that offers a highly effective, one-stop approach to child abuse investigation. The facility allows law enforcement, child protection professionals, prosecutors, and mental health and medical communities to work together with victims of child abuse and sexual assault in a comprehensive and cohesive manner.
Anyone having cause to believe that a child’s physical or mental health or welfare has been or may be adversely affected by abuse or neglect MUST report the case immediately to a state or local law enforcement agency or the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS).

The Center is an established community service, nonprofit organization in the greater Wichita Falls area.
